Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

How can I track my shipment?

You can track your order on our website's tracking page.

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an Email and SMS with your Tracking ID and a direct link. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's website.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You can change your address only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp +91 8815456585 or Email ( support@biker.store ) immediately. Once the tracking number is generated, we cannot reroute the package.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

We prioritize speed! Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday). If you place an order on a Sunday or Public Holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

Which courier partners do you use?

We use only the most reliable services to ensure your parts arrive safely. Our domestic partners include Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart and XpressBees. For international orders, we use DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.

When will my order arrive?

Metro Cities: 2–4 Business Days.

Rest of India: 4–7 Business Days.

Remote/North East Areas: 7–10 Business Days.

International: 7–15 Business Days (depending on customs clearance).

Do you ship outside India?

Yes! We ship globally. Whether you are in the USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa, or Australia, we can deliver parts to your doorstep.

Who pays for Customs and Import Duties?

International shipping charges paid at checkout cover freight only. Any import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees levied by your country’s government must be paid by you (the customer) at the time of delivery.

Can you ship engine oil or sprays internationally?

No. Due to aviation safety regulations, we cannot ship flammable liquids (engine oils, chain sprays, paints, batteries) internationally. If your international order contains these, we will refund those specific items and ship the rest.

What if my package arrives damaged?

We use industrial-grade packaging (bubble wrap + heavy-duty boxes) to prevent this. However, if the package looks crushed or tampered with:

  1. Do not accept the shipment if it is visibly open/leaking.
  2. MANDATORY: You MUST record an uncut unboxing video showing the label and the opening of the box.
  3. Send this video to our support team within 24 hours. Without this video, we cannot claim insurance or provide a replacement.
My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven't received it.

Please check with your security guard, reception, or neighbors first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 24 hours. We will escalate a dispute with the courier company to locate your package.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

To ensure faster delivery, we sometimes split orders into multiple shipments if items are stored in different warehouses. Check your email/SMS; you likely have a second Tracking ID for the remaining items.

Can I open the parcel before paying (Open Delivery)?

No. Our courier partners do not allow "Open Delivery." You must accept the package first. However, your purchase is fully protected by our Return & Replacement Policy provided you have an unboxing video.

Orders

Below are some of are common questions about orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial COD

Availability: Please ensure you or a representative is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.

Refusal/Non-Acceptance: If a COD or Partial COD shipment is rejected at the doorstep or returned due to customer unavailability:

The advance booking amount paid will be forfeited to cover two-way shipping and packaging costs.

The order will be cancelled, and future COD privileges for your account may be revoked permanently.

How do I know if a part fits my vehicle?

We strongly recommend checking the "Compatibility" tab on the product page before adding it to your cart.

  • If you are still unsure, please WhatsApp our support team at +91 8815456585 with your Vehicle Model, Year, and a photo of your current setup. Our experts will confirm the fitment for you to avoid return hassles.
Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a Guest. However, creating an account allows you to:

  • Track your order history.
  • Save your address for faster checkout.
  • Earn loyalty points (if applicable) on future upgrades.
Can I order a specific spare part that isn't listed on the website?

Yes! We have access to a massive catalog beyond what is online. If you need a specific bolt, bracket, or internal part, email us at support@biker.store or WhatsApp us at +91 8815456585 with the Part Name/Number. We will try to source it for you.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched (usually within 12-24 hours).

  • To Cancel: WhatsApp us immediately with your Order ID.
  • Refund: If you paid online, the amount will be refunded to your source account within 5-7 business days.
  • Dispatched Orders: Once the tracking number is generated, we cannot cancel the shipment. You will have to receive it and initiate a return (shipping charges will be deducted).
Can I add an item to an existing order?

If your order hasn't been packed yet, Yes. Contact us via WhatsApp. We will send you a payment link for the extra item and ship everything together to save you shipping costs.

I entered the wrong address/phone number. Can I change it?

Please contact us immediately. We can update the shipping label if the package is still in our warehouse. Once it leaves our facility, we cannot change the delivery address.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Indian and International payment modes:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Amex)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets & EMI options.
  • Cash on Delivery
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available for eligible 35,000+ pin codes across India.

  • Note: We request a partial advance payment to confirm the order.
  • Strictly No COD for international orders.
My payment failed, but money was deducted from my account.

Don't panic! This happens due to banking server timeouts.

  1. Wait for 15 minutes to see if the order confirmation email arrives.
  2. If not, the money is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 48-72 hours.
  3. You can email us a screenshot of the transaction, and we can check our payment gateway to confirm the status.

Bulk & Business Orders

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes! If you are a riding club, a garage, or just buying gear for your whole squad, we offer special pricing for bulk quantities.

I am a mechanic/shop owner. Can I buy at wholesale rates?

Below are some common questions about our Products

Are your products 100% genuine?

Absolutely. We have a zero-tolerance policy for fakes.

  • All our lubricants (Motul, Liqui Moly, Shell) are sourced directly from authorized distributors.
  • All electronic accessories (Maddog, HJG, NightEye) come with scannable QR codes or serial numbers that you can verify with the manufacturer.
  • We do not sell "first copy," "refurbished," or "open box" items. Everything is brand new and sealed.

What is the manufacturing date of the engine oils/fluids?

We follow a strict "First-In, First-Out" inventory system. You will always receive fresh stock. We guarantee that no lubricant shipped has less than 50% of its shelf life remaining.

How do I know if this part fits my specific vehicle?

Check the Title: If the product title says "Universal," it fits most vehicles but may require minor modification. If it says "For [Bike/Car Name]," it is a direct fit.

Ask an Expert: If you are unsure, don't guess! Click the WhatsApp button and send us a photo of your vehicle’s mounting point. Our team will confirm compatibility before you buy.

Do "Universal" parts require modification?

Sometimes, yes.

  • Direct Fit: Items like Brake Pads, Filters, and Model-Specific Guards fit without modification.
  • Universal Parts: Items like Fog Lights, Mobile Holders, or Top Boxes may require specific clamps or brackets depending on your vehicle’s crash guard or handlebar thickness.
Do the products come with a warranty?

Yes, most premium electronic and mechanical products come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty.

  • Maddog/HJG Lights: Typically 6 months to 1 year (brand dependent).
  • Helmets: Warranty against manufacturing defects (cracks, strap failure), not wear and tear.
  • Consumables: Oils, filters, chain sprays, and bulbs do not carry a warranty once used/opened.
How do I claim a warranty?

Keep your Invoice: This is your proof of purchase.

Contact Us: Send us a video/photo of the defect.

Process: For brands like Maddog, you may need to register the product on their site. For others, we will facilitate the claim.

Note: Shipping costs for sending the defective item back for testing are usually borne by the customer.

Can I install these parts myself (DIY)?

Easy DIY: Mobile holders, stickers, simple bolt-on guards, and chain cleaning.

Professional Required: Wiring harnesses, auxiliary lights, engine internals, and brake upgrades.

Warning: Improper installation (e.g., cutting stock wires) may void your vehicle's main warranty. We always recommend visiting a professional mechanic.

Are these auxiliary lights legal for road use?

High-intensity auxiliary lights are intended for off-road, highway, or low-visibility conditions.

  • We recommend using covers (which we sell) when riding in the city to comply with local traffic laws.
  • Please check your state's RTO regulations regarding aftermarket lighting.
