Shipping Policy

At Biker.Store, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We partner with reputed national and international courier services to ensure your gear reaches you safely, wherever you are.

1. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
  • Trusted Partners: We use top-tier courier services (Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, XpressBees) to ensure fast delivery.
  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your Tracking ID. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking link to become active.
  • Packaging: All automotive parts, especially lights and fragile accessories, are packed with multi-layer protection to prevent transit damage.
  • Non-Serviceable Areas: If our courier partners do not service your specific pin code, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment mode.

2. International Shipping

We ship globally! Here is what you need to know about international orders:

  • Carriers: We use premium carriers like DHL, FedEx, and Aramex for international shipments.
  • Delivery Timeline: International orders typically take 7–15 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes:
    • Important: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost.
    • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
    • www.biker.store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • Payment: International orders do not qualify for Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be pre-paid.
  • Liquids/Sprays: Please note that we cannot ship flammable items like lubricants, sprays, or batteries internationally due to aviation regulations.

3. Damages & Issues During Transit

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim insurance for a product damaged in transit or a missing item, you MUST record an uncut unboxing video showing the label and the opening of the package. Without this video, we cannot claim insurance from the courier, and your claim may be rejected.
  • Lost Packages: If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please notify us within 24 hours. We will raise a dispute with the courier partner.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial COD

  • Availability: Please ensure you or a representative is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.
  • Refusal/Non-Acceptance: If a COD or Partial COD shipment is rejected at the doorstep or returned due to customer unavailability:
    • The advance booking amount paid will be forfeited to cover two-way shipping and packaging costs.
    • The order will be cancelled, and future COD privileges for your account may be revoked permanently.

5. Returns & Return Shipping

  • Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • High-Value Items: If you are returning an item valued over ₹500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Quick Shipping FAQ

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? A: You can change your address only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email immediately. Once the tracking number is generated, we cannot reroute the package.

Q: Do you offer "Open Delivery"? A: No. Our courier partners do not allow customers to open the package before making the payment (for COD) or accepting the delivery. However, your purchase is protected by our Return/Exchange policy if you have an unboxing video.

Q: My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it. A: Check with your neighbors or security guard first. If you still can't find it, contact us within 24 hours so we can escalate it with the courier company.

Q: Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments? A: To get your items to you faster, we may split your order into multiple shipments if products are located in different warehouses. You will receive separate tracking IDs for each package.

Q: Do you ship on Sundays? A: Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Please Note:

Shipping Charges is dependent on the product. The shipping charges may be waived off if you shop for a minimum predefined value or If the same is in promotion or on product to product case. Shipping charges, if any, for a product is indicated along with the product and you are informed about it before making the purchase.

  • The delivery time frame mentioned on product details is estimated. Actual delivery time depends upon availability, address where the order needs to be delivered and courier issues and other circumstances that might affect delivery. You can rest assured that you are completely protected as a shopper at bikerstore.in. You always have a choice to cancel your order due to shipment delay by contacting us at Customer Support.
  • Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • At bikerstore.in, products sold on our platform may attract shipping charges. The shipping charges are not fixed and depend on various factors like nature / category of your product, which location dispatched from, gross weight of the product, etc. This amount will be over and above the value of the product that you see on our website.
  • The shipping charges on your order will be informed before your order is being placed at bikerstore.in. If you are placing your order through our call centre, the order taker will mention the shipping charges. If it's via web or mobile, the shipping charge would reflect on the shopping cart / payment page.
  • We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
